Let’s take a moment to celebrate your journey and the “Real you”. Made with “Areni” from Aghavnadzor, elegant easy going with a vibrant character to raise spirits of routine day.

This is 100% areni. The late harvest has resulted in high sugar and concentrated tannin. We have done a cold soak for 24- 28 hours and fermented it in a steel tank. Alcoholic fermentation was done at 22-24 C to retain the youthful notes of young red fruits on the nose while its soft and balanced on the palette leaving muffled hints of spice.

Food Pairings

Goes very well with middle eastern cuisines like Kufta’s, grilled halloumi, and mildly flavored white meats. For someone who fancies chocolate, it goes with dark 65-70% dark chocolates with nuts and dried fruits as the acidity of dry fruits uplift the wine on the pallet.
